Maintaining Your Warranty

To continue benefiting from your Chery UK Limited Manufacturer Warranty, it is important that the following requirements are met:

• The vehicle must be serviced in line with Chery service guidelines and specified service intervals.

• Each service must be completed within 30 days or 1,000 miles of the scheduled service interval.

• The vehicle must be properly maintained, free from neglect, and not subject to improper repair.

• Any defect must be reported promptly, and the vehicle made available to an Authorised Chery Dealer without undue delay while within the warranty period.

• Continued use of a vehicle with a known defect or damage may result in consequential damage not being covered under the warranty.

• All product safety recalls issued by Chery UK Limited or an Authorised Chery Dealer must be complied with. Failure to do so may invalidate warranty cover for any claim relating to the recall.

• The vehicle owner is responsible for presenting the vehicle for all required servicing and repairs.

• Vehicles used as a taxi, ride-sharing, hire or rental vehicle, driving school vehicle, delivery or courier vehicle, or emergency service vehicle must be registered with an Authorised Chery Dealer. Failure to register may invalidate the warranty.
