BMW Motorrad has revealed the brand-new R 1300 R, a dynamic roadster designed to deliver a more powerful and sportier ride than ever before. With a completely redesigned engine and chassis, this new model blends high performance with everyday comfort – staying true to BMW’s values of style, innovation and touring capability.
The R 1300 R is powered by the most powerful boxer engine BMW has ever made, producing 145 hp and 149 Nm of torque. It offers three riding modes as standard – Rain, Road, and Eco – with optional Dynamic and Dynamic Pro modes available for even greater control and excitement.
Visually, the bike features a sharper, more aggressive design, with four model variants to choose from: the base model in Snapper Rocks metallic, Exclusive in Racing Blue, Performance in Lightwhite, and the high-end Option 719 Kilauea in Blackstorm metallic.
Riders can enjoy top technology like a full-colour TFT display, heated grips, optional electronic suspension (DSA), and advanced features like the Riding Assistant, which includes Active Cruise Control and Front Collision Warning for added safety.
BMW has also introduced a range of luggage options and seat heights, making the R 1300 R suitable for both short rides and long-distance touring.
