LEPAS has revealed the full UK specification for the all-new L6 EV, the brand’s first all-electric SUV and the latest model set to join the growing LEPAS range.
The new L6 EV will join the flagship L8 PHEV and will be available through Bowker LEPAS in Preston and Blackburn. Designed for modern urban life, the new all-electric SUV combines distinctive LEPAS styling with a spacious interior, intelligent technology and a WLTP range of up to 279 miles.
Order books are expected to open in early Q4 2026, with customers across Lancashire and the North West able to register their interest with Bowker LEPAS now.
Up to 279 miles of all-electric range
At the heart of the LEPAS L6 EV is a 65kWh lithium iron phosphate (LFP) battery paired with a front-mounted electric motor producing 160kW (217PS) and 275Nm of torque.
The L6 EV can accelerate from 0–62mph in 7.9 seconds and has a top speed of 111mph. Its WLTP range of up to 279 miles provides flexibility for everyday commuting as well as longer journeys.
When it is time to recharge, 120kW DC charging capability allows the battery to charge from 30 to 80 per cent in approximately 22 minutes.
The L6 EV is underpinned by the LEPAS LEX Platform, a new-energy architecture developed with intelligence, efficiency and safety in mind. LEPAS’ European chassis team has also carried out dedicated development work to refine the vehicle for European roads.
Two generously equipped specifications
UK customers will be able to choose between two trim levels: Essence and Elevate.
Essence offers a comprehensive range of technology, safety and comfort equipment as standard, while Elevate introduces additional luxury and convenience features, including intelligent parking technology.
Both models feature 19-inch diamond-cut alloy wheels, LED headlights with Intelligent High Beam Assist, a panoramic sunroof, dual-zone climate control and a heated multifunction steering wheel.
Elevate builds on this specification with features including heated and ventilated power-adjustable front seats, a power tailgate, Nano-Aqua Ion Air Purification System and 256-colour ambient lighting.
Distinctive LEPAS design
The L6 EV introduces LEPAS’ ‘Leopard Aesthetics’ design philosophy to the C-SUV segment.
Its exterior features the brand’s distinctive ‘Hunting Eye’ LED headlights, a wide-body profile inspired by a leopard in motion and distinctive LED rear lighting.
Measuring 4,570mm long, 1,852mm wide excluding mirrors and 1,676mm high, the L6 combines SUV presence with dimensions suited to everyday driving in towns and cities. A 2,700mm wheelbase helps create a spacious passenger compartment.
Customers will also have a choice of six exterior colours. Lucid White will be available at no additional cost, while Phantom Grey, Cosmic Black, Quicksilver, Solar Orange and Supernova Purple will be offered as pearlescent options at £500.
Spacious and practical interior
Inside, the L6 EV has been designed to provide a calm, spacious and intuitive environment.
A wrap-around cockpit places the driver at the centre of the experience, complemented by a 13.2-inch waterfall-style central touchscreen and 8.88-inch digital driver display. A large panoramic sunroof brings additional natural light into the cabin.
The LEX Platform also enables a flat rear floor to help maximise space for passengers.
The boot provides 410 litres of luggage capacity, increasing to 1,334 litres with the rear seats folded. An additional 99 litres of hidden underfloor storage provides useful space for items such as charging equipment and shopping.
Intelligent technology as standard
Technology plays a central role in the L6 EV, with both Essence and Elevate featuring the 13.2-inch central touchscreen powered by a Qualcomm 8155 infotainment processor.
The ‘Hello LEPAS’ AI-powered voice assistant enables drivers to control key vehicle functions using voice commands, while 50W wireless smartphone charging with active cooling is also standard.
Essence features a six-speaker audio system, with Elevate upgrading to an eight-speaker SONY premium system.
The L6 EV also includes a 3.3kW Vehicle-to-Load (V2L) function, allowing compatible external electrical equipment to draw power from the vehicle’s battery.
Driver assistance and safety technology
Both L6 EV models feature 22 advanced driver assistance functions.
These include Autonomous Emergency Braking, Forward Collision Warning, Adaptive Cruise Control, Lane Keep Assist, Emergency Lane Keeping, Blind Spot Detection and Traffic Jam Assist.
Front and rear parking sensors and a 540° panoramic camera system are fitted as standard. Elevate models also introduce Advanced Parking Assist and Remote Parking Assist.
The L6 EV has been developed in line with 2026 Euro NCAP testing protocols, combining driver assistance systems with extensive airbag protection, a strong passenger structure and high-voltage battery protection.
LEPAS L6 EV warranty
Every new LEPAS L6 EV will be covered by a seven-year/100,000-mile manufacturer warranty and an eight-year/100,000-mile high-voltage battery warranty.
A 12-year/unlimited-mileage corrosion perforation guarantee and three-year/unlimited-mileage paintwork guarantee are also included.
RAC Roadside Assistance is provided for the first 12 months and can be renewed for up to seven years when scheduled servicing is completed at an authorised LEPAS service centre.
Over-the-Air (OTA) and Firmware-over-the-Air (FOTA) capabilities will also enable software and vehicle functions to receive updates during the vehicle’s life.
