COVID-19 Update

Following the UK Government’s announcement on Monday 4th January, our Centres have made the necessary changes and will remain open, albeit operating a little differently.

Aftersales

Our Service Centres and Parts Departments are fully operational for servicing, MOT and repairs. We have operated in a safe and secure environment for many months now with an appointment-only system, protective screens and contactless payments.

We ask that you bring your BMW to our Centre for your planned Service appointment and park in customer parking. Please enter at Main Reception where you will be met by a member of staff. As a result of social distancing measures and hygiene processes, waiting times may take a little longer than normal.

We will sanitise your keys, wipe down the frequently touched surfaces on your vehicle with a safe disinfecting solution and add PPE to the interior. Likewise, when you return to collect your vehicle from us, we will have done the same.

New & Approved Used BMW

Whilst our Centres are physically closed and not open to the public, our New and Approved Used BMW Sales departments are still very much open for business through our online virtual showroom. You can contact us from the comfort of your own home via telephone, email, live chat, our social media channels or website.

We can give you advice on our stock, finance options, send you personalised video presentations of vehicles we have in stock and you’ll be able to buy or reserve online.

All vehicle collections will continue to take place as planned on a click and collect basis in our designated handover area outside the Centre. Home delivery options are also available. To help you familiarise yourself with your new car, we’ll prepare an online handover video.

Our main focus remains to ensure that we safely and responsibly meet the needs of our customers and staff, while doing our part to keep our community safe.
