BMW Sales Executive

Bowker Blackburn

The Bowker Motor Group is recruiting for a BMW Sales Executive to join the New Car Sales Team at their newly refurbished BMW Centre on Trident Park in Blackburn.

As a BMW Sales Executive, you will be responsible for every aspect of the sales process – meeting and greeting customers, discussing their wants and needs, demonstrating the unique features and technologies that make owning a BMW an absolute delight and generally being the main point of contact for your customers. You will need to be an expert on every model in the range, an ambassador for the brand and the face and personality of Bowker Blackburn BMW.

A proven track record in retail sales is essential, however experience in motor trade sales would be a distinct advantage.

As you will be working with a highly successful and award-winning BMW Retailer, the position offers:

Aftersales Retention Executive

Bowker Preston

Due to expansion, a new Aftersales Retention Executive position has arisen within Bowker Motor Group at the BMW & MINI Centre on Preston Docklands.

The objective of the position is to drive work into our Aftersales department to increase profitability, and the retention and loyalty of our existing customers.

The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator who is driven, has a passion for customer service, with an outstanding telephone manner and can demonstrate the following qualities and knowledge:

  • Passion for customer service
  • Ability to manage own workload

  • Ability to work under pressure

Previous experience in this or a similar role is essential, and a sales background would be a distinct advantage.

Working days are Monday to Friday with Saturdays on a rota basis.

The Bowker Motor Group is recruiting for a full-time Parts Advisor for their newly refurbished BMW & MINI Centre on Trident Park in Blackburn.

The successful candidate will have excellent customer service skills, be well presented, personable and have a practical and flexible approach to their work.  Previous experience in a similar role, as well as Parts knowledge is essential. Training will be provided at the BMW Group Academy.

Responsibilities will be to welcome all customers in a warm and professional manner, qualify their needs, take payments, stock control, raise invoices and re-order parts.

Working days are Monday to Friday with Saturdays on a rota basis.

Service Advisor (Full-Time) - Bowker Blackburn BMW & MINI

Bowker Motor Group are recruiting for a full-time BMW & MINI Service Advisor for their award-winning Aftersales team on Trident Park in Blackburn.

The successful applicant will have a passion for delivering the highest levels of customer service, be a strong communicator as well as being well presented and personable.

Responsibilities will be to welcome all customers at Service Reception in a warm and professional manner, qualify their needs, agree service and repair instructions, book vehicles into the workshop, follow-up sales leads and communicate workflow to the service team.

Previous experience in this or a similar role is essential.

Working days are Monday to Friday plus Saturdays on a rota basis.

Bowker Motor Group are recruiting for a full-time Motor Vehicle Technician for their Blackburn BMW & MINI Centre.

You must have a positive attitude and willingness to work as part of an effective team as well as being a good communicator to meet and exceed high customer expectations.

Previous experience must include diagnosis and fault finding, as well as carrying out services. MOT testing would also be advantageous.

Experience with the BMW and MINI brands would be a distinct advantage but is not essential.

Working days will be Monday - Friday, however you will also be required to work Saturdays on a rota basis.

Bowker Motor Group are recruiting for a time-served ATA Senior Vehicle Technician for their BMW and MINI Centre at Preston Docklands.

Responsibilities will be to prepare New and Used vehicles to a high standard, including repairs and servicing.

Working hours will be 40 per week, Monday to Friday. The role offers a competitive salary with a bonus.  Saturdays on Rota basis.

Motorcycle Technician (Full-time)

Bowker Motorrad

We are recruiting for an experienced Motorcycle Technician for our flagship BMW Motorrad Centre on Preston Docklands.

Duties will include servicing, MOT testing, repairing motorcycles, components and accessories plus removal and refitting, diagnosing faults and testing using recognised procedures and techniques.

A current motorcycle licence is essential and manufacturer training will be provided to the successful candidate.
