Porsche Centre Bolton has an exciting opportunity for an Aftersales Sales Specialist to work for one of the world’s most iconic brands, based at their site in Bolton.
The state of the art Centre features a 35 car Showroom, 12 Bay Workshop, customer handover bay, two direct dialogue bays and electric vehicle (EV) charging points.
You’ll be working in a state-of-the-art Centre earning a competitive salary with generous benefits and with funded training/development.
The Role:
Includes but is not limited to:
- Maximising aftersales revenue through proactive customer engagement and ensuring an exceptional customer experience during the service process.
- Act as the primary liaison between customers and technicians.
- Championing the Vehicle Health Check Process to ensure customers receive a clear and concise report on their vehicle which is both professional and timely
- Working closely with the Service Advisors and Workshop Controllers to ensure that customers are kept informed and work is completed in the time scales agreed.
- Working with the Service Management you will also be key is improving process and the quality of the customer communication both on the day of the vehicle visit and the follow of diarized work.
- Assess vehicle service needs and recommend scheduled maintenance, repairs, parts, accessories, and aftermarket products.
- Promote additional services or upgrades while respecting customer preferences.
- Ensure parts availability and technician scheduling for efficient workflow.
- Provide accurate cost estimates, clearly to customers.
- Drive the sales of aftermarket products, accessories, and parts, meeting or exceeding departmental sales targets.
Skills & Experience:
- A passion for delivering the highest level of customer service
- Self-motivated
- Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
- Previous experience in Sales is advantage within the automotive sector is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to explain technical details simply.
- Sales-oriented mindset with skill in consulting and upselling without being pushy.
- Understanding of warranty processes, dealer management systems (DMS), and basic automotive technical knowledge.
- Proficiency with CRM, Microsoft Office, and DMS software.
- Full UK driving licence
