Weekend Host

Bowker Motor Group are recruiting a Weekend Host for their Trident Park BMW Centre in Blackburn.

The Role:

Includes but is not limited to:

• Meet and greet customers and visitors and serve hot/cold refreshments
• Answer and manage the telephone system
• Accurately record calls and visits and relay messages in a timely manner
• Manage customer waiting area and showroom

Skills & Experience:

• A passion for delivering the highest level of customer service
• Self-motivated
• A mature, friendly and approachable manner
• Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
• An effective communicator
• Well-presented and personable
• The ability to multitask and work under pressure
• IT literacy

Previous experience is not essential for the role as full training will be provided

Working hours are every Saturday 8.30am – 5pm, plus bank holidays 11am – 4pm.
