Porsche Centre Preston has a rare opportunity for a Service Advisor to work for one of the world’s most iconic brands, based at their award-winning site on the Docklands.
The Role:
The successful applicant will have a passion for delivering the highest levels of customer service. Responsibilities will be to:
- Provide customers with a welcoming and individual experience in a warm and professional manner
- Build customer loyalty and satisfaction ensuring all requirements are met
- Raise invoices and take payments
- Taking all our customers through our Direct Dialog Bay (DDB) in order to highlight any additional work that may be required
- Advising customers of their required Porsche service intervals and pricing
Skills & Experience:
Applicants must have proven experience in a similar role, as well as Service knowledge, together with:
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Strong administration skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- A professional and confident telephone manner
- Quality awareness
- Attention to detail
- Full UK driving licence
- Requirement to attend Porsche Training and become a Porsche Accredited Service Advisor within the required time frames as outlined by the manufacturer
Working hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm, and Saturday 8.30am to 12.30pm on a rota basis.
