Bowker Motor Group are recruiting a Service Advisor to join the Team at their BMW/MINI Centre on Preston Docklands.
The Role:
Includes but is not limited to:
- Welcome all customers at Service Reception in a warm and professional manner
- Advise customers of any additional work required
- Book vehicles into the department for work to be carried out
- Keep customers updated on the progress of their vehicle
Hours of work are Monday to Friday 8:00am – 5:30pm, alongside Saturday mornings 08:30am – 12:30pm on a three weekly rota basis.
Skills & Experience:
- A passion for delivering the highest level of customer service
- Self-motivated
- Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
- An effective communicator
- Well-presented and personable
- Previous experience is a Service Advisor role is not essential
