Bowker Motor Group is recruiting a full-time Parts Advisor for their Blackburn BMW & MINI Aftersales Centre.
The successful candidate will have excellent customer service skills, be well presented, personable and have a practical and flexible approach to their work. Previous experience in a similar role, as well as Parts knowledge is essential. Training will be provided at the BMW Group Academy.
Responsibilities will be to welcome all customers in a warm and professional manner, qualify their needs, take payments, stock control, raise invoices and re-order parts.
Working days are Monday to Friday with Saturday mornings on a rota basis.
