Due to expansion, we are recruiting for a full-time Service Advisor for our flagship Preston Docklands BMW Centre.
Previous experience in the role is essential. You must be able to work well under pressure, and have a passion for delivering the highest levels of customer service.
Responsibilities will be to welcome all customers at Service Reception in a warm and professional manner, qualify their needs, agree service and repair instructions, book vehicles into the workshop and communicate workflow to the service team.
Knowledge of CDK Autoline/Kerridge/Drive would be a distinct advantage.
Working days are Monday to Friday with Saturdays on a rota basis.
