Bowker Motor Group are recruiting a full-time Parts Advisor for their award-winning BMW & MINI Centre on Preston Docklands.
The Role:
Includes but is not limited to:
- Provide customers with a welcoming and individual experience in a warm and professional manner
- Build customer loyalty and satisfaction ensuring all requirements are met
- Raise invoices and take payments
- Stock control
- Re-order parts
Skills & Experience:
- A passion for delivering the highest level of customer service
- Proven experience in a similar role, as well as Parts knowledge
- Self-motivated
- Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
- An effective communicator
- Well-presented and personable
- Strong administration skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- A professional and confident telephone manner
- Quality awareness
- Excellent attention to detail
- Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points
Working hours are 41.5 per week, Monday to Friday, between the hours of 6.30am – 5.30pm; together with one in three Saturday mornings (7.30am – 12.30pm) on a rota basis, paid at Overtime.
