We have an exciting job vacancy for a New Car Sales Manager at our Blackburn BMW Centre.
As opportunities in the prestige motor industry like this are extremely rare, all applicants must have proven automotive Sales Management and commercial experience, strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering the highest levels of customer service.
Main duties will include:
- Maximising the performance and profitability of the BMW New Car Sales department whilst achieving internal and external objectives
- Effectively managing, coaching and motivating the Sales Executives to perform at an industry leading standard
- Achieving optimum customer satisfaction results
