SERVICE ADVISOR

Bowker Preston is seeking an experienced, full-time Service Advisor.

The successful candidate will be required to support the front line team with the selling of reported work to customers. They will also be responsible for monitoring the use of our Electronic Health Check system to help maximise opportunity.

The successful applicant will have excellent customer service skills, be well presented, personable and have a practical and flexible approach to their work.

Applicants must have previous experience in a Service Advisor role, both face-to-face and over the telephone.

F&I SALES SPECIALIST

Preston Harley-Davidson are looking for an experienced F&I Sales Specialist. The successful candidate will have a proven motor trade background, be self motivated, energetic, ambitious, FSA certified and well organised, with advanced interpersonal, negotiating, and IT skills.

To maximise the role, main duties will include being involved with the sale from inception to conclusion, advising customers on finance and insurance related products that will satisfy their needs, whilst enhancing the profitability of the sales department.
